Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via our Contact form.
Standard Season Cancellations
More than 90 days before arrival: Full refund minus $500 administrative fee
60-90 days before arrival: 50% refund of total rental
30-59 days before arrival: 25% refund of total rental
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
Festive Season Cancellations (Dec 15 - Jan 7)
More than 120 days before arrival: Full refund minus $1,000 administrative fee
90-120 days before arrival: 50% refund of total rental
Less than 90 days before arrival: No refund
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation dates.
No-Show Policy
In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be provided and the full rental amount will be retained.
