Booking & Rates
The minimum stay is 4 nights during regular season and 7 nights during the Festive Season (December 15 - January 7).
30% deposit is required at booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. For bookings within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required.
Yes, a security deposit is required and will be returned within 7 days after checkout, minus any damages or excessive cleaning if applicable.

The villa is in Pointe Milou, one of St Barth's most prestigious areas. It's 5 minutes from Lorient Beach, 10 minutes from Gustavia, and near Hotel Christopher.
Yes, we strongly recommend renting a car to explore the island's 22 beaches, restaurants, and shops. We can arrange car rental for you.
Gustaf III Airport is approximately 10 minutes from the villa. We can arrange airport transfers for you.
Lorient Beach (5 min), Shell Beach in Gustavia (10 min), St Jean Beach (10 min), and Gouverneur Beach (15 min) are all easily accessible.
Practical Info
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability.
St Barth uses European 220V/50Hz electricity. American 110V devices need an adapter and voltage converter. We provide some adapters, but recommend bringing your own.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the villa for hygiene and allergy reasons.
